Dear Rebecca Carter and Falck Management

We are standing up for Falck EMT’s and Paramedics for safe pay, safe working conditions, proper training, and the right to organize.

Dozens of employees past and present have raised concerns about anti union messaging during orientation, union conversations being deleted from company chats, organizing flyers being removed, and workers being threatened with retaliation for discussing unions. All workers have the right to unionize and Falck is demonstrating union busting practices.

Since the workers can’t stand up, the greater Denver and EMS community will, until they have the freedom to organize without threat of retaliation.

These are essential first responders. They deserve fair wages, safe staffing, proper training, and accountability from Falck.

Medical Coverage & Support

Medical support is our backbone: rapid, organized, and deployable. We can stand up a full clinic within 30 minutes and get medics moving immediately.

Marshaling

We are currently developing a Marshal Corps to facilitate a safe protest space. Our marshals are trained to guide marches, protect participant autonomy, identify threats, assist speakers, and facilitate overall safety.

Education

Education is a core part of PULSE. We constantly expand our collective knowledge through teach-ins, skills refreshers, and shared learning, while encouraging continuing education and growth at every level.

Outreach and Activism

Outreach and activism are central to PULSE. We consistently advocate for safe staffing ratios, fair wages, universal healthcare, and equitable care, while demanding equal treatment and dignity for all communities.
