PULSE is a grassroots collective dedicated to protecting and empowering communities in motion. We provide rapid-response medical care, communications support, and safety marshaling to frontline movements, ensuring that every voice raised in protest is met with solidarity, safety, and support. Through mutual aid, direct action, and principled care, we stand for community resilience, and the right to resist with dignity and protection.
